For Sugar syrup
In a bowl, mash the bananas.
Now, add milk, sooji, wheat flour,
Add kesar, elaichi powder, saunf powder, saunf, condensed milk
Mix all the ingredients till a smooth lump free batter is formed.
Cook on slow flame till lightly brown from both the side
Dip the Malpuas in the Jaggery syrup. ( Jaggery Syrup: In a sauce pan mix water, jaggery and heat till the sugar is dissolved. Boil the syrup for 5 minutes till it is slightly thickened.)
Serve it on a plate and garnish it with pistas and almonds
