In a pan, add coconut sugar
Fry untill it starts melting
Roast the walnuts in caramelized sugar and keep aside.
In a bowl, add rocket leaves roughly chopped and add beetroot
Add olive oil, balsamic vinegar
Mix well all the ingredients
Then, add salt and pepper.
Lastly, add goat cheese and caramelized walnuts and serve
