INGREDIENTS

For salad:

  • 2 cup broccoli
  • 1 cup radish
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 apple
  • 5 to 6 walnuts

For dressing:

  • 1 tsp honey
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 2 tsp chives
  • ½ lemon juice
