Take one cup of Payasa rice, add water and soak for around 15 mins and keep aside.
Take pressure cooker on medium flame, add oil and ghee.
Now, add all khade masale i.e tej patta, star anise, mace, dalchini
Add black peppercorns and onions
Sauté until the onions turn golden brown.
Now, add jeera powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, garam masala and mix well
Add fresh sweet corn and mix well.
Mix all ingredients together and serve.
Now, add soaked rice and 2 cups of water.
Also, adding 1 veg cube soaked in 4 tbsp of water.
Add salt in the end, as the veg cube contains salt and therefore add required salt.
