  • 2 Tej patta (bay leaf)
  • 2 Star anise (chakriphool)
  • 2 Badi elaichi (black cardamom)
  • 1 Mace (javantry)
  • 1 Dalchini (cinnamon)
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 ½ Tsp. jeera powder
  • 1 ½ Tsp. coriander powder
  • 1 Tsp. red chili powder
  • 1 ½ Tsp. garam masala powder
  • 3- 4 laung (cloves)
  • 5 – 6 peppercorns (kali mirch)
  • ½ Cup fresh sweet corn
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 veg cubes
  • Salt as per taste
