INGREDIENTS

  • 4 tbsp. Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp. cream cheese
  • ¼ tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1 sprig onion, finely chopped
  • ½ cup red capsicum
  • ½ cup spring of spring onion
  • ½ cup sweet corn
  • ¼ cup coriander
  • 2 tsp. tomato ketchup
  • 4 to 5 black olives, chopped
  • Sea salt to taste
  • 1 cup whole wheat pasta, boiled
  • 6 Cabbage leaves, carefully removed from the outer layer of a cabbage head, blanched
  • 1 cup pine nuts, roasted for garnish
  • 1 tbsp. flax seeds, roasted for garnish
