  • 250 grams green beans, ends trimmed
  • 2 tbsp Roasted peanuts
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp tamari sauce or soy sauce
  • ½ tsp coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp rock salt or sea salt
  • Black pepper for seasoning
  • Cayenne pepper for seasoning

  • Purchase green bean that have smooth feel, vibrant green color and free from spots and bruises.
