Watch the Warm up Routine video before you start this workout.
Lie flat on your back with arms at your sides, palms down.
Now inhaling, slowly lift your lower back, middle back and upper back off the floor. Stay in this position for a considerable amount of time.
Now slowly release your upper back, middle back and lower back, first release your left leg, then the right leg and then release your hands.
Come back to starting position. Relax the whole body.
