Sit on the floor with both legs outstretched, spine straight and don’t allow the knees to bend.
Bend the right knee with the heel as close to the right sitting bone as possible.
Place the right hand behind, keep looking in front, now exhaling cross your left hand around your right leg, keep your back straight, look back.
Take a deep breath, look forward, release your left hand, your right leg and bring your right hand forward. Inhale and exhale.
Bend your left knee.
Place your left hand behind, keep looking in front, now exhaling cross your right hand around your left leg, keep your back straight, look back.
Take a deep breath in, look forward, release your right hand, your left leg and bring left hand forward. Inhale and exhale.
Close your eyes and relax.
Twist as much as you can without putting pressure on the back, twist shoulder along with the movement to get a good range.
