Take water in a mixer jar.
Add ginger juice and squeeze the lemon
Add jaggery, rock salt, black pepper, salt, chia seeds/sabja seeds, mint leaves and ice cubes.
Mix all the ingredients together.
Garnish with lemon slices and mint leaves.
Serve Mint Nimbu Pani chilled.
