Lie face down, legs straight out behind you, squeeze the glutes to stabilize the body, head in the line of the body, wrist and shoulder in one line.
Lift your right foot off the floor and slowly raise your knee as close to your chest as you can.
Note: Wrist and shoulder should be in one line throughout the movement.
