INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 Tsp. butter
  • ½ Tsp. jeera
  • 1 medium onion finely chopped
  • 1 ½ Tsp of ginger garlic paste
  • ½ green chili
  • 100 ml tomato puree
  • 1 ½ Tbsp. pav bhaji masala
  • ½ Tsp. cayenne pepper
  • ½ Tsp. jaggery
  • 1 tomato roughly chopped
  • ½ green capsicum roughly chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. of peas
  • Salt as per taste
  • 2-3 Tsp. coriander chopped
  • 1 ½ cup payasa rice
  • 1 Tsp. lemon juice
