Stand in front of the chair, back facing the chair with your feet slightly wider than hip width, feet apart, back straight, shoulder down, toes pointed slightly outward.
Keeping your back straight, slowly lower your body down and sit on the chair.
Placing your arms in front of you may help you balance. Rise back up slowly and repeat.
Note: Make sure your knees do not pass over your toes, and keep your abs tightly activated.
