FOR SELECTION & STORAGE

Paneer

  • Paneer is easily available in the market at grocery stores and dairy shops in air tight packets or open. If you are buying packed paneer be sure of the manufacturing date, its hygienic conditions.
  • If you’re buying open paneer avoid buying dried, cracked and uneven colored paneer and check for the hygienic conditions.

Multi grain bread

  • While buying multi grain from the grocery store, make sure you check the label as multigrain bread is made from a variety of different types of grains, such as wheat, oat and barley. However, unless the label indicates that a product is made from whole grain, your multigrain bread may be made of refined flour and missing the key nutrients found in the bran and germ.
