  • ½ litre milk
  • 1 ½ tsp. custard powder
  • 5 tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1 tsp. vanilla essence
  • ¼ tsp. cinnamon powder
  • 4 slices of whole wheat bread
  • 2 tbsp. Nutralite Classic
  • 5 to 6 dried figs, soaked and chopped
  • 1 tbsp. black raisins
