Watch the Warm up Routine video before you start this workout.
Stand with your feet at hip width apart, back straight.
Bend forward from the waist and touch the floor with your palms. Bend your knees if necessary.
Walk your hands forward until you are supporting all your weight on your hands and toes. Your body should make a straight line and your hands shoulder line up with shoulders.
Note: Do not cross your hands ahead of the shoulder line.
Walk your hands backward and while coming back slowly try to keep your knees straight.
