Congratulations on completing 2 weeks of Beginner 1 & 2. After you complete the 3rd week, you will be able to choose from a variety of programs depending on your goals. Whether it is to shape your legs to wear that ultimate pair of denim or whether your goal is to tone your arms to show off lean, fit figure or whether it is to master push-ups or improve your yoga practice, or if it is to commit to Shilpa's signature 21-day weight loss program, you will have many options to choose from.
