Body Opener Warm Up is a workout best suited for beginner's. A sequence of low-impact athletic drills that helps warming up the whole body by working on the larger muscle groups. This program has been designed keeping in mind those, who need to improve their mobility, balance and co-ordination. Depending on the fitness level, this can be done as a warm up or as a workout. Walking during these movements help include spatial awareness or simply called proprioception. If you find it difficult to walk while doing these exercises, do them in place and then gradually progress to the walk. Get started!
