The Lower Body Cardio workout program will challenge your body, heart and mind and improve your lower body endurance. It will also help you burn your quads and glutes. Ensure warm up and cool down is done before and after the workout respectively. Form, technique and pace that is all! Rest if absolutely necessary, stop if you feel pain in the knees. Remember one rep, one minute, one set at a time! Try and work on that pace and get done as many reps as possible.
