Pilates is a form of movement that focuses on core muscle strengthening. The focus is on the core muscles so the rest of the body can freely move while the core muscles support the lower back. In this continuous flow session, you will learn how to breath using your entire rib cage while engaging your deep core muscles. If you are new to this form, it is highly recommended to start off with this fundamental program to learn and understand the technique.
